About the Ride

The Ride for Autism is a one-day charity bicycle tour designed to raise funds for Autism New Jersey and to raise community awareness about autism. Every year, more than 500 riders participate in this event, one of the most popular in the area. Open to all levels of cyclists, participants choose from five routes designed by the Jersey Shore Touring Society bicycle club that range in length from 10 to 100 miles. All routes begin and end at our headquarters at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.

About the Stride

The Stride is a new component to our Ride for Autism event.  This family-friendly 5K Fun Walk/Run starts and ends at our headquarters at Brookdale Community College. Our 5K route is USATF Certified 5k NJ12033LMB, effective until December 21, 2022.  All participants receive medals.  Children ages 5-12 will have a reduced registration cost of $25 and no fundraising minimum, children ages 4 and below are free. Snacks and water will be available.

See our Schedule in the Event Details section for start times. If you miss the official start time, please be on the course no later than 1 hour after the start of your route. Headquarters and SAG Support for the Ride close at 4pm.
